How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with:
- Team members and contractors involved in responding to or completing your project.
- Website hosting and technical infrastructure providers.
- Cloud storage and content-delivery providers used for uploaded files.
- Email delivery providers used to send requests and confirmations.
- Professional advisers when required for legitimate legal, accounting or business purposes.

The website currently uses service providers and infrastructure that may include Vercel for website hosting, cloud storage or Amazon CloudFront-backed infrastructure for uploaded files, and Resend for transactional email delivery.
These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We remain responsible for personal information under our control and use service providers only for legitimate business functions.
Retention
Project inquiries and uploaded files that do not become active customer projects may generally be retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction and then deleted or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably required.
If an inquiry becomes an active project or customer relationship, relevant information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain project and warranty records, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable legal, tax, accounting or contractual obligations.
Information will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
However, no website, email system, cloud platform or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid submitting information that is not required for your project.
Cookies and Website Technology
The website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required for security, page delivery, form functionality and basic website operation.
If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and relevant consent controls will be updated before those technologies are activated.
